EmpowerHer is a specialized support group for women who have experienced, relational-betrayal trauma, infidelity, or narcissistic abuse at any point in their lives. This group focuses on moving beyond the initial betrayal and focuses on deeper healing.
The goal of the group is to help group members regain their confidence, do more advanced boundary work, heal and reclaim their sexuality, and integrate healthy skills and tools that support healing and trusting again.
EmpowerHer is for women of all ages who are struggling with any of the following issues.
This advanced healing group provides women with the tools and resources to work through their struggles and traumas in a healthy way. These tools will help members build new strategies for healthy relationships.
Group members can expect to gain knowledge and understanding that will help them to move forward in their lives in healthier ways. The group approach provides a safe space where women will find validation and affirmation throughout their healing journey, as well as a supportive community of like minded women.
Here are some ways to assess whether or not you are ready to start your healing journey with the EmpowerHer group. If the following examples describe you and your situation, this group is right for you!
The EmpowerHer Group will be held at the offices of Debbie McRae Counseling (2500 S. Power Road, Building 9, Suite 222, Mesa AZ). Group meetings will be held on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 - 6:30 PM.
This group requires a commitment from all members. If you truly want to reap the benefits and support that EmpowerHer provides, your attendance and effort is essential--not only to you, but to other group members, as well. Meetings will take place weekly and require a minimum 3 month commitment. Please be aware that your registration is a commitment to be present and active at weekly meetings.
The EmpowerHer Group fee is $225 per month. This fee includes exclusive materials and resources to aid you in your healing journey. You will also be connected to a network of supportive women within the group. At weekly meetings, Debbie McRae will lead sessions that focus on learning advanced relational skills and tools and discussing problematic issues.
