My practice is built almost entirely around relational betrayal — what happens to a person when someone they trusted breaks that trust through infidelity, pornography use, narcissistic abuse, or out of control sexual behaviors. It's specific work. And it's the work I've chosen to do.

So often, a woman undone by a discovery (a phone, a confession, a moment that splits her life into before and after) is handed the same general relationship advice you'd give any struggling couple. As if what she's carrying were a communication problem and not what it actually is: trauma.
Betrayal isn't a rough patch. It's a wound to your sense of safety, your trust in your own instincts, your sense of who you are. It deserves a therapist who actually specializes in it, not someone learning the landscape while you sit on the couch trying to explain it from scratch.
Since 2017, I've specialized in betrayal trauma. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and one of the country's Certified Sex Addiction Therapists (CSAT), a credential that requires advanced specialized training specifically in sexual addiction and its impact on partners, couples, and families. It's not a general therapy — it's focused specifically on understanding and treating the complexities of betrayal and relational rupture.
My work centers on helping women heal from the deep impact of betrayal — whether from their partner's infidelities, pornography use, narcissistic abuse or out of control sexual behaviors. I also specialize in working with couples who want to repair and rebuild their relationship after betrayal, guiding them through the process of healing the rupture in trust, attachment, and emotional safety.
I also run webinars through Seeking Integrity, a nationally recognized organization in the sexual addiction recovery field, and have worked with hundreds of betrayed partners navigating the same pain you're in right now.
All stories of betrayal are different. The pain is the same.
Not after they've figured everything out. Most of my clients come in during acute pain, not once it's resolved. That's the right time, not too early.
My approach starts with one priority before anything else: stabilizing you. Before the big decisions, before the relationship questions, your nervous system needs to feel safe again. From there, we work through what happened at your pace — using approaches that don't require you to relive every detail in order to heal from it.
My tone is direct, warm, and validating. I won't rush you toward a decision about your relationship, and I won't treat your pain as an overreaction. It isn't one.
